Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the IBM team to refine your idea
Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

This function can be achieved using existing Cognos capabilities in FTM for SWIFT Services.
After retrieving the message, users browse the message details and print if necessary
When you retrieve a message using ISN/OSn what is the action(s) that will be performed on the message? Print? Other?
For the customer, daily Incoming and Outgoing Message count is around 60K+. During the daily operations, a copy of the message is sent to MER Queue and also Messages from FTM MER are passed to the downstream systems. Copies of messages from the MER Queue will be deleted by house keeping job at the end of the day.
During the daily operations, there are chances of missing ISN/OSN numbers in the downstream systems. When the ISN/OSN numbers are missing, then downstream system users reach out to FTM MER users requesting the details of the missing messages. FTM user has to look into the MER queue for missing messages, using Message List Filter Criteria look for the required message and provide the details requested by the downstream system users.
Downstream system users will be providing only ISN/OSN numbers. So it is critical for FTM MER user to have the ability to find messages using ISN/OSN number in Message List Filter Criteria
MER is not an operations warehouse interface. Has Cognos been looked at in this case?
