The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Resolve the Out of Memory issues for the Process Server Application
This RFE is the result of TS000898858 \ PMR 20019,082,000 In each of our environments (Development, Integration Testing, Quality Validation, Production and Disaster Recovery) Key bank will run four (4) of our six (6) Process Server Applications as services on Wintel 2012 VMs. The other two (2) Process Server Applications will run as CRON jobs on RHEL VMs. When we originally deployed FTM in our Development environment the Process Server Application(s) had no issues running as either an application or as a service. As Key bank (in partnership with SCI) developed a more robust Business Rules environment we started experiencing Out of Memory errors on the Wintel 2012 systems. We engaged IBM under the above mentioned support case. IBM made some recommendations which we applied. These changes allow us to function and continue our development but the solution falls short of allowing us to efficiently start Integration Testing and will prevent us from going into Production. Judging from IBM's comments it seems that IBM believes that deploying our Wintel 2012 Process Server applications as 64bit services would solve the Out of Memory issues. Unfortunately IBM does not currently support this model. Whether IBM and\or Key bank feel this is a defect, design flaw or RFE, Key bank is requesting that IBM solve our issue. If that means IBM needs to develop and support 64bit service support for the Process Server application then Key bank is requesting that IBM do that.
