We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Post your ideas
Post ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted and upvote them if they matter to you,
Post an idea
Upvote ideas that matter most to you
Get feedback from the IBM team to refine your idea
Help IBM prioritize your ideas and requests
The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notification on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas which cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Enhance Filtering in Grid Views to include fields on associated parent and children objects
Associating related children to an object has limited usefulness since you cannot filter the object based on field values on the children. We have created fields to capture characteristics that IBM had suggested associating to objects for. We didn...
Allow regular expressions in the actor search to look for first name or last name
The actor search has now been replaced with the new look ahead search, which will try to match either firstname, lastname or username, not a combination. I had a look and there isn't a way to change this behaviour, so the next step would be to rai...
Add New wizard registry setting to set tabbing behavior

Single tab for all File object fields when using the Add New wizard
When using the Add New wizard to add a new File (SOXDocument) there are two tabs users have to fill out called Properties and Select File. The Select File tab only has a single field on it. Users find it frustrating to have to click on the second ...

Add New wizard to display more Description field details

Increase the number of enumeration rules when adding a new view
When adding a new view we are limited to only 3 enumeration rules. There is no option to have more enumeration rules which heavily impacts our ability to create specific views for our business users. So having more than 3 enumeration rules is nece...
V8.1 TFUI – Object Text: Field Guidance formatting required
In the standard UI we are able to use HTML tags to achieve formatting of field level guidance. I don't believe this has ever been a documented feature - but it has worked for many years and in use at RBS.
E.g </br> tag in the field guidance...
Currently when in the Add New screen the field limits are not honoured, but in the edit screen they are. It would be good to have the Add New the same .e.g. 75 character text limits are honoured as per the edit screen.
